What a rare prop with fantastic history: This is a gun shell used in the well remembered Octopussy scene where Bond swerves onto the railway track from the road and then drives after the train along the tracks. This part of the film was shot on location at the "Nene Valley" preserved steam railway in Peterborough, UK. My supplier is a livetime member of the Nene Valley society and he spent a full six weeks on the Octopussy set helping where necessary with the railway part of the operation; driving shunting engines, signalling etc...He picked up a few of these shells by following the scene shortly before the collision of the car. Very very rare and would make a great display piece.

INCREDIBLE ITEM!!! We had the chance to get hold of one of the highly detailed prop spiders, used in OCTOPUSSY. Have a look at the reference photo below. This spider comes with highly detailed provenance information: This spider was especially made by the effects crew for a key scene. The spider can be seen when Bond aka Roger Moore is running from the Indian Palace beeing chased by Kamal's henchman. Bond rus trough the swamp and becomes entangled in a spiders web and several spiders crawl on him. The spiders were all custom made under thre direction of John Brown. They were all meticulously created and were made as realistic as possible. The scan does not fetch how detailed this spyder is. It looks like 100% real! The spider was aquired from a member of the Octopussy crew. This crewmember has worked on several James Bond Films and was able to keep this piece as a memento after filming concluded. AWSOME PIECE with crystal clear history you really can check back anytime!!! Such props are rareest!!!

INCREDIBLE ITEM!!! This is one of the kives that was especially made by the effects crew for several important scenes. The knife (-a-) can be seen being handled and thrown by the evil assassin twins played by the Meyer brothers. The knives were custom made under the direction of John Brown. Several models were created including one that was cut-down (-b-), the knives that pinned Roger Moore aka James Bond to the barn door. The twins troughout the film used this particular knife and sheath and it is one of only three (!!!!!!!) believed to have survived to date. THIS IS AN INCREDIBLE RARE MAJOR PROP OF BOND HISTORY WITH CRYSTAL CLEAR HISTORY!

  #prop34 OCTOPUSSY CHECK

US $ PLEASE MAKE OFFERS (Estimate Value 800-1000 US $)

This check was made for the production of Octopussy. It is from the checkbook used in the scene with the Backgammon, where Bond wins against Khamal KHan. It was a back-up check that was accidentally pulled on the shooting day and was then of no use of the shot. They discarded it and a Pinewood guy picked it up. It is on beige paper with brown ink. Writing says: "State Bank of Indapur" and marked "Khamal Khan". A real major piece of Bond prop history. Acid free matted and framed with a photo from the checkbook, a real display item!!!!
