What a rare find! This ORIGINAL SCREEN SEEN ALTO ROAD SIGN from Octopussy was screen used in the pre-title sequence of OCTOPUSSY. You can see it when 007 aka Roger Moore is disguised as an army officer. He walks behind the sign which is mounted on a wire gate, as the photo sequence here depicts. Measures a big 22" ( 56cm in diameter)and was made of wood,paind and an adhered sticker. In excellent condition, with just a few minor paint chips within the red border. This prop was purchased from the family whose son was based at RAF NORTHOLT at the time they filmed this bond sequence on RAF NORTHOLT. This is the first time this object has been on the open collectors market for sale. A real major piece of Bond prop history. Prominently seen in the film togheter with James Bond himself! Props from older 007 films are nearly to to find todays and highly valueable. Comes with our coa and the original coa from the first owner of the sign. A one-off chance to own an Octopussy prop!
