A real rarity! Original screen used throwing star from YOU ONLY LIVE TWICE, used in the Ninja Camp. The stars are to see when the Ninjas throwing them at boards as Connery walks through the castle, etc. Check out the film. This is a star was given by SFX expert John Stears (who worked on the film at Pinewood Studios. So this prop is from Pinewood Studios from 1966/7 at the time of the film being made there) to a well known UK bond expert and was in his collection for a long time. 100% genuine. This is the nicest of them of the 2 styles, made of metal and resin. The first screen used one we ever saw. Several years ago at Christie's auction a few ones, made for promotional use were sold for a lot of money. Our star here is the real screen used thing and worth much more! For the last 10 years this prop has been on display at Planet Hollywood Restaurant in London. Given then to a private collector. Now in our collection. A wonderful piece of Bond history with crystal clear history and well known and seen in public!
