This is Herve Villechaize's (Nik Nak in MAN WITH THE GOLDEN GUN) personal INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATES OF VACCINATION BOOK, wonderfully signed several times inside the booklet. He has filled out his name and birthdate himself, and then dated and signed by doctors. First entry is in 1971 in Toulon, France. Possibly before leaving for the US. Nextthree are all in 1974 in New York, which coincides with his work on the JamesBond film THE MAN WITH THE GOLDEN GUN. Perhaps these are the shots he took before going to Hong Kong, England & Thailand. He has his signature as well as his printed name and birthdateon these pages. It is a small booklet, about the size of a passport.We got hold of some more personal hero items from him, obtained directly from his last girlfriend Kathy S. Incredible item! Maybe the best item you can get on him!
